Processing Times

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within Australia

We ship nationwide across Australia using trusted carriers (e.g. Australia Post, Sendle, or equivalent).

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (metro areas).

Regional or remote deliveries may take longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s progress.
Delays

While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier backlogs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

We’ll notify you if we become aware of any significant delays.
Shipping Damage / Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement.
Click & Collect (Local Only)

Local customers in Nowra may request collection directly — subject to confirmation. Please contact us before placing your order if you’d like this option.
