Shipping policy

At Raklox, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Within Australia

  • We ship nationwide across Australia using trusted carriers (e.g. Australia Post, Sendle, or equivalent).

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (metro areas).

  • Regional or remote deliveries may take longer.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include tracking.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s progress.


Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier backlogs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • We’ll notify you if we become aware of any significant delays.


Shipping Damage / Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement.


Click & Collect (Local Only)

  • Local customers in Nowra may request collection directly — subject to confirmation. Please contact us before placing your order if you’d like this option.
