Is Raklox compatible with all bike racks?

Raklox is designed for flexibility and generally works with most popular vertical bike racks. That said, it’s always best to check specific fit dimensions or compatibility guidelines to be sure or reach out for personal assistance if you’re unsure.

How do I secure a second bike?

One Raklox lock can be used across multiple bikes by installing an extra anchor point on each bike — but only one bike can be locked at a time.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times can vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. 

 

Standard processing usually takes 1–3 business days, with most domestic shipments arriving within 5–7 business days. 

What’s your return policy?

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction: if you're not happy with your purchase, most items can be returned within a specified period (commonly 30 days) in their original, unused condition. Returns typically require prior approval or a return authorization. Once received, refunds are processed back through your original payment method minus any original shipping fees, where applicable.
